At Luxe' Esthetics Studio, we stand behind the professional skincare products we offer.
Skincare Products
- Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Unopened Products
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Services
- Spa services, memberships, and treatment packages are non-refundable.
