At Luxe' Esthetics Studio, we stand behind the professional skincare products we offer.

Skincare Products

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
